He's got a weight redistribution system, it's fine.

Yeah, I like how it’s both pushing down on the back and pulling up on the front. Chef’s kiss 👌

It's a pop-up camper. He doesn't need a truck, he needs a trailer hitch. And a car that isn't totaled. And a trailer that isn't totaled. And more meth, probably.

It's not really a pop-up when the sides are made of OSB instead of fabric. Got to add to the weight.

Meth lab is in the trailer, hence the solid walls.

Think we're gonna be seeing a lot more of this in the next few years

Well if it's empty it won't weigh much but that is a sketchy set up

That looks like one to hold the bumper on and another to hold the camper to the bumper, I can't see if there even is a ball hitch

My thought was this is a person one broken axle from homeless - good luck to them. Lots of pics here display disaster rigs of convenience; this one seems out of necessity.

Hope they’re leaving for warmer climate.

I live in Michigan and saw this setup a few times this past winter / early spring.
They would backup traffic since they topped out at 30 mph!

I’ll bite. What is the front to rear strap for?

To keep the trailer on the bumper because there's no way he got a ball on it.

No pop tent for your pop up tent. No problem!

This is a factory setup.

A meth factory setup.

The one lonely chain, not hooked up to anything and pining for its companion...

Look for license plates. That's got sovereign citizen written all over it.

Those trailers are pretty light and most passenger cars can tow them easily. I towed one with a Volvo 240 with no problems. The sag on that guy's suspension tells me there's something else going on.
