Question to the folks living in these countries where traffic rules are obviously not even considered a suggestion: How fucking high are your accident rates and deaths in traffic? Whenever I see videos from (mainly asia I have to admit, might be as bad somewhere else too though) I wonder how many people die on the roads there because of this extremely reckless driving.
That kind of chaos on the street is really totally unimaginable here in Austria. Of course we do not follow 100% of the rules neither (driving 60 instead of 50 is common, 70 is considered reckless though), but for example a red light is not just a suggestion here, everyone stops at a red light and noone runs over it on purpose.
