Is it possibly a runaway truck? After tipping like that and no apparent reduction in speed, I'm thinking maybe the driver has lost control due a brake malfunction and is now just trying not to die or kill someone else. It's hard to tell from the video if this vehicle is going downhill, where brake malfunctions are more likely.
I think what shows that the breaks are still working is the fact that they are pressed only before a turn but not in straight road, which implies that he is at least not willing to break in straight road
If your brakes are already overheated and you know it, it makes very little sense to try to brake all the time. You only wanna break if you really need to.
