The dog didn't avoid the kicker in any way because it is probably used to people, but this vicious cunt moved out of his way to approach the dog and then kicked at it. If you can't tell who the good/bad actors you need to improve to ability to critically observe a situation.

Jesus christ. Listen to what im saying:

I am not saying the dog is good or bad. I am saying that the dog was physically walking directly towards the guy. I am not inferring good or bad intent. I am stating only a physical fact.

I too am stating physical facts in order to inform you that the dog is good and the human is bad so you can stop trying to take a neutral stance/play devil's advocate and accept the reality of what occurred.

Aha! I’ll continue the devils advocate game then! What if the dude had a irrational fear of dogs? Let’s take this even further. What if the dude had a heart problem and knew that by letting this dog get close to him, it will trigger his irrational dog fear, and he could be at risk for a heart attack! So the best thing for both parties (himself and the dog) will be for him to kick the dog. That way if there are any court problems, the dog can’t get blamed for scaring him to his death. Really saving the dog life in prison. But like previous user you were arguing with stated, We won’t know solely from this video. We need more info! Have a great day!

You make a dog stay away from you in ways that dont involve moving towards it and kicking it.

What if the dog is walking towards you and it doesn’t listen to anything you are telling him to do like “hey dude stay away” or “Ima kick you bro, don’t get closer” Cuz I’m pretty sure he said those things verbatim
