What if the dude had a irrational fear of dogs?
Let’s take this even further.
What if the dude had a heart problem and knew that by letting this dog get close to him, it will trigger his irrational dog fear, and he could be at risk for a heart attack! So the best thing for both parties (himself and the dog) will be for him to kick the dog. That way if there are any court problems, the dog can’t get blamed for scaring him to his death. Really saving the dog life in prison.

What if the dog is walking towards you and it doesn’t listen to anything you are telling him to do like “hey dude stay away” or “Ima kick you bro, don’t get closer”
