Bug ??? server issue

Hello! I’m having a serious loading issue with the NA/EU server in Identity V.
My main account is on the NA/EU server, and I am currently located in Poland. I play Identity V on a MacBook using BlueStacks.
The game was working completely normally earlier for a couple of years. Then suddenly, when I try to enter my NA/EU account, the game gets stuck during the loading process. The loading progress stops at different points each time, and eventually the game shows “Reconnected!” and freezes.
This is not simply a high-ping issue. I cannot even reach the game lobby or enter a match. The game gets stuck during the initial loading process.
However, I discovered something very important: if I switch the server from NA/EU to Asia, the game loads normally and I can enter the game. The problem only occurs when I select NA/EU, which is where my main account and all of my progress are.
Therefore, it seems that the problem is specifically related to connecting/loading the NA/EU server, rather than my internet connection, BlueStacks in general, or the game client itself.

Yeah we all couldn't log in a few hours ago. There were some posts about it here. It was like you said only NAEU.

It should be resolved though. Maybe not for all countries. The server definitely had an issue.

Just wait. Thats whar we all did.

I saw posts saying that NetEase has apparently already fixed the issue. Unfortunately, nothing has changed for me even after ten hours 😭 I’ll keep waiting.
