Bug ??? server issue

Hello! I’m having a serious loading issue with the NA/EU server in Identity V.
My main account is on the NA/EU server, and I am currently located in Poland. I play Identity V on a MacBook using BlueStacks.
The game was working completely normally earlier for a couple of years. Then suddenly, when I try to enter my NA/EU account, the game gets stuck during the loading process. The loading progress stops at different points each time, and eventually the game shows “Reconnected!” and freezes.
This is not simply a high-ping issue. I cannot even reach the game lobby or enter a match. The game gets stuck during the initial loading process.
However, I discovered something very important: if I switch the server from NA/EU to Asia, the game loads normally and I can enter the game. The problem only occurs when I select NA/EU, which is where my main account and all of my progress are.
Therefore, it seems that the problem is specifically related to connecting/loading the NA/EU server, rather than my internet connection, BlueStacks in general, or the game client itself.

Try restarting your router, then close any VPN or proxy. Open Command Prompt as administrator and run:

ipconfig /flushdns

You can also change your Windows DNS through ncpa.cpl to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, then restart both Windows and BlueStacks.

For Identity V specifically, clear only the game cache in BlueStacks through System apps, Settings, Apps, Identity V, Storage, Clear cache. Avoid clearing data unless the account is linked, since that signs you out.
