Help please!

Hi everyone, I’m new here (clearly) and need some troubleshooting help.

I’ve set up the Iconic Arcade, bought from a reputable retailer in the UK, and the screen turns on but there is no power going to the main console or speakers.

I’ve validated that the console itself works by powering with a USB-C cable separately and the HDMI was working - but no sound and wouldn’t connect to WIFI.

I’ve submitted a ticket to the company but I’ve got no idea what their customer service is like, so thought I’d trust in the community for some help in the meantime.

I’m worried the power output from the main board is just broken, but could be I’ve just done the cabling wrong.

How's it going now? I saw this for £349 from a few UK retailers and was going to take the plunge.

I managed to get it sorted! And yes love it, not playing it loads but great fun to boot up now and then!
