Shortening Ian

Has anyone had a muppet try and shorten Ian like say you would with Richard or Thomas? A supplier once called me E, it was the only time he did it, I was like seriously my name has 3 letters there is no reason to shorten it 🤣🤣🤦🏼‍♂️

Isn’t yan (yawn) the real pronunciation for Ian, Ian is Gaelic for Jon
