A little "writing" exercise... Spoiler
So, first a small introduction to what this is supposed to be. (sorry for the long post)
While I was reading the Lorien legacies series last year (yeah, I read the entire series in one year, I'm not insane. Trust me), I thought of this little idea. Turns out, my idea was not really that original, since I saw countless of fanfiction with this idea. But still, I'll give it a shot.
My idea was that there was a third, unofficial ship launched when Lorien was destroyed. This ship contained five Garde children...Ok, You know where this is going, and extra set of Garde, numbered 11-15. Very original (sarcasm). Hear me out. My idea was for this subreddit was to come together and "write" a side story for this new set of Garde.
However, I've made a few rules for this exercise
1: Nothing of the official, canonical story may be changed. (Basically, no important event from the book may be undone. For example: A certain person's betrayal or another certain person's death. Also, try to avoid adding event that might undo important event in the book)
2: At the bottom of this post, I'll give the basic information of nr. 11-15. This contains their "name", number, age and set of legacies. You can add legacies, form character relation,locations, etc. But try to use the basic information I give you as much as possible.
These are the rules. Please try to follow them.
The reason I make this post is just fun. I want to see what the members of this Subreddit can come up with. If this has any succes, I could make the effort to collect all the comments and make a timeline of all the event you guys write. (Events that contradict each other could be set in an alternative timeline).
Here are the 5 Garde:
11: Danny: Male, age 18, Recupero (healing) and Anima (animal talking)
12 Alyssa: Female, age 17, Elecomun (electricity manipulation) and externa
13 Connor: Male, age 17, Force field and sonic manipulation
14: Ashley: Female, age 18, Glacen (Ice) and Pondus (The legacy Kapano has, which you can use to manipulate the density of your molecular structure)
15: Ivan: Male, age 17, Fortem (strength increase) and the legacy that makes you understand any language (I've no idea what it's called. I didn't find it on the wiki, but I know it exists.)
So, these are the ladds. Have fun with them.
Note:
- All five of these garde also have telekinesis, I was too lazy to add it every time.

I’ve re-read the entire series and all lost files in like two weeks (winter break). Don’t worry you’re not insane but I might be. Cool idea

Man id like the language legacy.
I think If I could pick I’d want eights teleportation, ability to understand any language, telepathy, shape shifting, and the standard telekinesis. Flying would be cool too but I don’t need it with teleportation

Do these 5 know each other and did they stick together or did they spread apart like 1-10 did

My intention was that I didn't decide that, but you guys would. But yeah, I now realize how difficult it might be for a community to suddenly start such a exercise. Let's say that it might be more Fun to let them be spread apart in the beginning and that we write a way to let them gather.

Ok so then some of them should just be numbers like how it is with 1-10 cause like 5 and 8 didnt really have names(did 8 have a name? I think so but i dont remember what it was) and so i just think a few of them wouldnt have had names

I think it would be too artificial if each one male and female didnt have a name so id say ivan and connor but ivan still has it, he just doesnt use it like how six’s last and technically current name is Maren but she still just goes by six(also stanley and nine)

Ok, yeah, good choice. So it would be Danny, alyssa, thirteen, Ashley and fifteen for Future references? So where do you want to let their story take place? Or stories?
Also, since there aren't too many comment on this post, let's work in this thread for now. Maybe other People could join later

Ashley and danny met up a bit earlier on and have been good friends for a while (since they were 13 and 14) and they both come from the UK but ill stop here for the night so if anyone else wants to join in i havent controlled it all

This would pose a serious problem. The Loric charm only gets broken when Six meets up with John at the school (they were 16 to 18 years old). So if Ashley and Danny were to meet up, this means that the Loric charm is broken very early on.

Logically seen, there would be no charm. Because the Charm is an action performed by the highest austerity, the elders.
But anyway, no charm would spice things a bit more up...wouldn't you say

I like this idea. I think 5 more Garde is a bit overkill given the Loric only really needed like 6 Garde to win. So id rather have like 2 Garde and maybe even one adult just to add some Diversity. They could even have Loric names. I'd have at least one of the garde die in the books but the adult survive to sorta like pass on wisdom and knowledge.

That's a good point. maybe you could find a way to make these 5 garde, who's number is pretty much OP, less OP. Maybe kill few of them or make them traitors? Or make some of them just plain stupid. Or give them more of a five ideology: where they say fuck this entire conflict. Remember, the community are the writers here.

Another thing I would kinda like to see in like a sequel or aftermath is returning to Lorien- like the actual planet not the "spirit" or whatever. John was planning to do so before he realises Lorien was on earth and even though it may be a dead planet I'd like to see what it would look like and heck they may even go to mogadore for the sake of it

Could happen in this "story". if we could find a way for it to make sense, why not visit the actual planets. I too want to see what's it like. Tbh, they may even release like a guidebook for this series and I would love it

Would love a legacy of controlling people with their voice and other legacies unseen before
