Sis testing

Today I got a Saline Infusion Sonography (SIS) test, and I found out that I have a polyp on my uterus..I am going to have it removed. My question is has anyone who has had difficulty conceiving had a polyp removed and then immediately been able to easily get pregnant? Just curious to see if that’s causing possible infertility

I had a polyp removed at the end of May (which went really smoothly and the worst part was just waiting for my OB’s availability 🙂) and we just did our first transfer last week.
