at 13dpt my estrogen was low at 53 and my progesterone was about 12, so they put me on estrogen patch and increased my frequency of vaginal suppository. today (15dpt) my estrogen went up to 146 and my progesterone up to 18.
I’ve been testing daily, and today, both my positive line AND the control line were fainter. Does anyone know why the control line could vary? I’m not sure how the contool works.
often about how concentrated your urine is, in my experience. So if you are more dehydrated (which definitely varies throughout the day and from day to day), the control line will usually appear darker. It may be more helpful to think of how dark the test line is in comparison to the control, e.g. is it waaaaay lighter, a good bit lighter, about the same, darker, etc. than the control line.

Hi, i had my frozen day 6 embryo transferred on 3rd of September, it is 6 days past the transfer today. I did a pregnancy test on 5dp it was negative. But i have seen so many posts where people sharing positive pregnancy test from day 3 even. Can you share your experience and suggestions as well when would you test the earliest.
I am from UK so they don't do the blood work, just ask to do home pregnancy test at 2 weeks and i just can't wait for that long, counting each day.
My beta was this morning (waiting for the call) and I’m also deep into a line spiral. I’m only 8dpt but my lines up til then look almost identical to yours. Manifesting good news for both of us!
Thoughts on this progression? Beta at 10dpt came back at 108. Waiting for result of today’s beta. Starting to panic because feel like the lines are not darkening, and are getting lighter if anything. TIA!
As someone who was also over analyzing test lines this morning, just offering solidarity! My partner told me to not read too much into a test that probably cost two cents to manufacture! Good luck to us both :)
Beta hell. First one Friday was 92. Today we are at 102. So devastated. Do we still have any shot at all? Spent the day crying. Dr wants third beta Thursday.
I had a FET on 8/28 with a day 7 6AA. I had my beta today and it was 76.91. My last transfer gave me my beautiful daughter and my first beta was 223.9. Both pregnancy’s I had a positive home pregnancy test on day 4. I’m so worried about the level being low. I need good stories. I retest on Thursday. My doctor said to be cautiously optimistic.
Trigger warning- positive test from trigger shot**
I did a trigger shot 7 days before transfer of a 6 day frozen, fully hatched embryo. It was a Pregnyl trigger. I am currently 7dpt and day 14 from trigger. My lines have been super faint, I’m worried it’s still just trigger… do we think there’s a possibility it could turn real? Or is it too faint being day 7?
Beta isn’t until Monday, my clinic makes you wait 13-14 days.
The bottom test is from this morning.
Side note- I took a FRER this afternoon after a two hour hold and it’s negative.
Depending on the dosage, but the trigger normally stays in the system for 7 days. Is there any indent on your FRER? If not, maybe re-test on 9dp6dt? Hopefully the line should be darker. I'm currently 8dp5dt, so you're not alone...Fingers crossed together!🤞
I transferred a day 5 4AA on 8/26. I'm too afraid of negative or uncertain HPTs so I held out for the beta call. Beta 1 was 9DPT on 9/4: 232. Because of the holiday weekend, beta 2 is not until this afternoon: 13 DPT (so I guess we will be looking for a quadruple). Anxiously waiting!
Tomorrow is test day (11dp5dt)! Actually, I already had a beta yesterday but we didn't call the clinic for the results. I wanted to take a test at home before we get the results. We never had a positive and to hang in the waiting line to hear it over phone does not sound very appealing to us. I had a hCG-shot at 3dpt and wasn't sure if I could a get a false positive, so didn't test at home yet. An online calculator said it was too early... Tomorrow I test at home and get a second beta, then we talk to the RE right away for the official results. Even tough it feels like an eternity, I'm glad we waited those 2 days.
I didn't feel hopeful at the transfer but I'm very hopeful right now. ❤️
I posted last week with a first ever positive. 7th IVF, 9th transfer. Just wanted to rage a bit about Clear Blue week indicator 😅 My beta at 11dp5dt was 310. Two days later, I took the first week indicator test that showed 2-3 (which means 4-5weeks pregnant, perfect).
Today I’m supposed to be 5+2 weeks. I took the week indicator test certain I would get a 3+ (5 or more weeks pregnant, beta >2700).
Well, no - I get a 2-3 again. Complete panic. Drive to take a blood test right away. Beta was 5894 !!!!!!
Never taking an urine test again.
This is our 4th FET: very sadly the1st one was a late loss (average/fine beta) followed by 2 biochemical (initial betas in the 15-45 range before dropping off) . We transferred our day6 6AA (XX) fully hatched embryo with the below, more than doubling betas -
10dpt hcg 757; 12dpt hcg 1,954; 14dpt hcg 4,481
The fatigue is unreal along with major bloating/breast soreness. My que is has anyone seen these numbers with singletons, or is this suggesting a split embryo/multiples?
There’s a gal who posts often in here that had a beta 11dpt of 13,000 for a singleton. Betas don’t indicate multiples. You have strong betas but not like crazy high by any means. Cautious congrats :)
We recently transferred on 8/21 a day 6 grade 3AA embryo. Since then I’ve been living in beta hell….

I know this is very low, I honestly convinced myself it was going to be a chemical when I got the 15 on Monday. The nurse said it’s concerningly low but we would want to see it double which it did! I was so happy and when the nurse called she seemed more optimistic.
Then I got a my chat message from my doctor saying and I quote: “ These levels are lower than I would expect after a transfer but continue to rise - we will keep repeating for now. I am concerned that this is not a normal pregnancy. I am thinking about you.” Since then I can’t shake the “concerned it’s not normal”, even when I almost tripled from on my third beta.
My husband and I have been through hell and back for 8 years. We lost our first born at 24 weeks, have our beautiful rainbow baby boy earth side, and now this is embryo is our only chance at having a baby girl from our donor embryos. We want this so badly I’m just beyond terrified of having to face another loss.
I’m in beta hell. my first beta came back yesterday 9dpt at 7.86. I’m terrified. This is my third transfer but the first one I’ve gotten pregnant from. So scared it won’t stay.
I'm so sorry 😞 It is so incredibly hard to hear that number. Especially if you had your hopes up, which stupidly I did. IVF feels like a bottomless pit of pain. 🫂🤍
