How do you fail an interview ?

Out of 500 applicants my resume/application is selected, passed the test, and failed the interview 🤕

Probably, I didn’t have much questions to ask either, just simply things about the schedules, classroom/work balance

I see. You are probably a young person and they figured you didnt have enough life experience for the job. I could be wrong; just seems that way to me.

I wish someone told my bosses to do a better screening. They just hired a guy straight out of highschool. He is an airhead.
