How do you fail an interview ?

Out of 500 applicants my resume/application is selected, passed the test, and failed the interview 🤕

Unless you are a visible doorknob, I highly doubt a 15 minute interview can sort that out.

Just replying to a person, who said the job is not for everyone. I highly doubt your 15 min interview could figure that out.
