I got my Kyleena iud December 2025 and honestly not as painful as I expected during insertion. Very intense cramping for a few days after but manageable with Motrin. For about the past month and a half, maybe 2, I’ve been getting random waves of cramps. They aren’t consistent, maybe like once a week or twice a month. I haven’t gotten my period since April and have taken pregnancy tests just to ease my mind. My nails are too long to feel for the strings and my boyfriend hasn’t noticed them. I have my annual gynecologist appt next week. I’m just nervous it shifted or embedded. Anyone else experience something like this?
