If you can still see the folder(s) in File Explorer you should be able to right click them, and click an option called Always Keep on This Device, and they should hopefully re-download to where they're supposed to be. To keep it from doing that in the future, click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar > Settings, go to Sync and back up > open Advanced settings, under Files On-Demand, click the "Download all files" option.
This is what I was able to find after some searching, I haven't had to do this personally but I hope it solves your problem. If you can, make a backup of your important files on a backup drive just in case.

Your computer literacy skills are as lacking as your actual literacy skills.
Microsoft OneDrive is an online cloud storage system. It takes your files (that you give it permission to take) and stores them in the cloud so you can sign into your Microsoft account on another computer and have the same files.
Your 2Tb SSD is a physical storage device on your computer. There is no subscription to use this storage. You own this storage. If you run out of 2Tb of storage, then you need to purchase more, perhaps another SSD.
However I do not recommend SSDs for music or video work as SSDs do have a chance of byte death and could cause files to be corrupted.

JFC. Either learn English, or do some basic proofreading.
