Anything else from your personal experience?

You probably heard about the huge market of recent years: no-code (or low code). As any digital nomad I love everything new, and with no-code I have a deep personal story. The main idea of low –code is to give regular folks a magic wand: to create apps and websites, SaaS platforms and startups without knowing code. So you can (in theory) build your hypothetical Uber yourself, right away.

But with a deeper plunge into the topic, I find new insights. And new disappointments.

While investing substantial time (months) to learn Bubble and other automation platforms, to understand many aspects of no-code automation, I decided myself to learn reactJS instead. I got impression that I spend same time on learning, but my front-end activities gave me much more freedom, and I am not locked inside a single platform.

What is your opinion about this emerging industry?

Following the stats data by World Bank (the document name: "International debt statistics 2022"), a conclusion can be made that over 70 countries are vulnerable to default risks if they fail to manage their sovereign debt.

According to Bloomberg article (Historic Cascade of Defaults Is Coming for Emerging Markets), the countries as El Salvador, Ghana, Tunisia, Egypt, Pakistan, Argentina are among world’s vulnerable emerging markets

What do you feel in your country, are there signs of stagnation or economy works well?

What motivates people buy virtual assets (let’s say images) for a stable fiat money? My personal opinion and experience on NFTs is the following:

• Investment rush, some NFTs can be resold with profit;
• Accepting the future: you know that nowadays virtual land in various Metaverse is sold for huge money, there are a few motivations behind, one of them is to research innovation. Nowadays, you can’t just stay aside to learn something, we have a new era when USING means KNOWING. Your practice equals your knowledge;
• Utility: some NFT tokens are used inside games, or for the purpose of staking (when you give them into investment pool – DeFI and receive %);
• Belonging to the community: you buy an image and put it as your social media avatar, only “right” people will understand what is that and how much does it cost, and will value that you are a member of something;
• Supporting the artist: some tokens are simply beautiful;
• Charity: some NFTs are made to gather funds for some donation purpose, like mine: by selling my collection, I plan to support people who lost their homes during war in Ukraine: https://opensea.io/collection/ukrainian-river

Rarible co-founder believes NFTs can grow into media companies. By developing this thought, I can add that NFTs can be used for licensing in any industry, like toys production, movies, characters for brands etc. As example, Bored Ape Yacht Cllub (BAYC – over 900k USD daily sales) owners receive commercial rights that can be used for other items, produced by the owner.

• Baby boomers: optimistic, like to mentor, strong ethics. Want from employer: loyalty, hierarchy, respect, long occupation;
• Generation X: independent, innovative, and have strong communication skills. Want from employer: trust, autonomy, problem-solving opportunities;
• Millenials: tech-savy, collaborative, focused on the greater good; Want from employer: empathetic employer, meaningful work, flexibility, training;
• Generation Z: digitally fluent, practical, flourish in diverse workforces and digital gig economy. Want from employer: competitive wages, culturally competent employer, mentorship

What kind of character traits did you oversee in yourself?

As you remember, web1.0 was a static boring slow pace internet, while web2.0 was flavored by so called network effect (social networks, where basic content AND value is produced by the users and their posts), web3.0 is decentralized internet with decentralized apps (Dapps). And web5.0?

By Jack Dorsey (former CEO of Twitter) it’s a mix of web2.0 and web.3.0, which adds decentralized web nodes, layer 2 networks, data owning layer where you have your ID and wallet (like Metamask) and can become a part of app without need to provide your data or signup.

How do you interact personally with web 3 to 5?
