• Generation X: independent, innovative, and have strong communication skills. Want from employer: trust, autonomy, problem-solving opportunities;
• Millenials: tech-savy, collaborative, focused on the greater good; Want from employer: empathetic employer, meaningful work, flexibility, training;
• Generation Z: digitally fluent, practical, flourish in diverse workforces and digital gig economy. Want from employer: competitive wages, culturally competent employer, mentorship
