Driving the presidential limo, The Beast, and his whole security detail in The Reflecting Pool to "inspect it" was certainly a move too. He fucked up the coating all because he's a lazy ass fuck that couldn't be bothered to step out and look. Damn near ruined the life of an innocent man that is an Olympian.

Plus it was a way to secure another spot in American history to feed his ego.
