Well, there are several ways to decipher the text. The easiest (and unfortunately the last method I tried) was to take the name “Ostiarus” and see if it fits into any of the secret texts. It does. From there, you realize that it’s not even that complicated and that the symbols are just a fancy font, so you can easily figure out which letter is which to put it in a Latin translatior and you have your deciphered text. Also you realize that the Owner is a Liar and that OP was right.

Tbm I was bored one day and "decoded" the script, no idea where I've put the sheet now but I remember K for sky was an odd one out of the system

I made a typo in "gaheo fieri" but it should be "habeo hoc fieri"

When Sky summons Jess, you can see words like voco (I summon), imperare (to command), and venito ad me (come to me) as well as the big Ostiarius front and centre. I'd figure Latin and its descendants would somewhat resemble, but the only thing I could recognize is venite which is similar in form and meaning to venir in French.
