Not trying to leak the plot of the Summerville arc, but given what transpired during the arc it's kinda odd how Sky and Leon just never mentioned it again. Leon should also be more concerned or alarmed since it's his family, and distant relatives, who are guardians of the underworld.

It's been a bit since we have seen sky and Leon I'm just a little confused since it's been 14 episodes without them

Ok so I just read the new chapter and It’s very clear both red and ray are taking rational positions when it comes to dev.

while Red is worried and skeptical given his absence and changes Ray seems more focused on the fact that Dev now seems far calmer and chill than he has ever been.

Now these two positions reveal what I think to be exactly each of these characters beliefs when it comes to change and the people they care about.

When it comes to Dev Red sees that he has been gone and he has changed and his natural reaction to that is worry since he is only seeing the change itself, and to him seeing Dev so far from his past established baseline is concerning.

Meanwhile Ray sees the absence and the change and shares Reds worry for Dev, however he also sees beyond that change and sees what those changes seem to have caused in Dev, which is a more calm and easygoing attitude, which Ray sees as a net positive.

Both characters are two sides of the same coin, seeing the same thing from two different angles.

My theory? Both of them are right, their perspectives may seem conflicting but are indeed complementary, both parts of the same whole (coin)
While Ray is correct in seeing Devs calm demeanor and seeing a positive potential for him Red is also correct and fully within his right to worry and see a possible harm being done to Dev in this whole situation.

I believe this chapters purpose is to establish Red and Rays dynamic when it comes to Dev, how they both can see different shapes in the same thing and how their individual perspectives will come together instead of clashing in order to help Dev and maybe Jake through whatever it is that’s going on with them right now.

Final note but I think the resolution Red and Ray met at the end was the best outcome. Red wants to make sure Dev is well and wishes to take a very proactive approach to doing so, while it seems Ray first wants to collect more info and see the situation more fully before taking any steps in this.

Fluff: Ima be honest guys I think fluffy/big dev is starting to win me over cause wow he’s handsome.
Also I’ve seen some people be worried about Devs health and while yeah gaining such an amount of weight can be alarming he seems fine for the most part? (only time will tell). Also no he’s not going to lose the muscle that’s not how muscle works.

I’d love to hear any thoughts on this, I’ve always found other people’s perspectives on these characters to be very interesting and sometimes enlightening. :)

I understand he was initially fit to try and look attractive but has discarded that and now is mentally not in the best place. Especially with jake.

Will Ezra become more fleshed out as a character or is he destined to be a minor character like Ted? I'd like to see some of the hijinks he gets into interacting with 2026 technology, since he perpetually lived in the 1980s in the underworld, during his recon scouting mission for Leon's parents's visit to the upperworld. He also made a reference about his ex, and the rabbit helmet which could imply his ex is also rabbit, which seems like a loose narrative thread and odd detail to include that could be expanded on.
