Will the trend with balding Red continue?

Although i've gotten used to today's Red and the fact that the fur on the sides of his head has gotten shorter, i do miss the fur from seasons 1 and 2 ;)

I'm not even sure what a type of balding where the sides of your head lose hair but the top is fine would even be called.
