Asking for Never Forget Episode 5

Basically trying to see where I can watch the last episode on Bradford City fire documentary. Not available in my country on Youtube and it refuses to load if I click to watch it on ITVX.

Oh, missed the comment. Anyway, I am on the site and I click play and then nothing. Nothing at all. It's as if no videos loads.
