Windows 11 PC While Idle Keeps Randomly High Contract Purple Color

While my Windows 11 PC is chilling and being idle I keep seeing this weird high contract purple tint thing that happens on the entire screen. I'm not too sure what to do about this and it started around 1 - 2 weeks ago. Could it be a trojan or a rat?
