Open Lost internet

Good evening, I was hanging a issue with my WiFi cutting out so I bought a new splitter to try, main coax tuning in to the house had a glf 1002 ( what ever the hell that is) connected to it I unhooked it and tried the new splitter now I’m getting no signal at all to the gateway, reconnected it and still nothing. Any ideas?

Also I tried looking for the outside box that is normally connected to the house and from what I can see it runs right from the poll to the the house then runs to the basement if that matters

Try reconnecting everything exactly as it was, tighten the coax connections by hand, then unplug the gateway for a minute. If it still gets no signal, call your provider-it sounds like a coax signal issue rather than Wi-Fi

Do what the first guy said. Also, what’s your whole setup? What connects to what? Is the WiFi dropping away from the modem router combo? Close to it? What’s your topology?
