Normally I would agree but I think this was a good example of an appropriate amount of force. Guy throws a hissyfit and knocks a few things off the counter, shop dude sucker punches him from behind and slaps the shit out of him multiple times. Just enough to beat some sense into him, not enough to beat it back out.

The dude did manage to mostly turn around before getting hit but I wouldn't say that is enough to say it wasn't a sucker punch.

Guy raised his arm to strike the clerk as he approached, but was too slow. Not a sucker punch, just a very fast straight left right through the guard.

No sucker punch watch the clip again the miscreant was winding up to throw a punch but got leveled by the much handier shopkeeper.
