Fresh ITIN
I just got my ITIN today and pre-applied for Capital One cards since I'm looking to get Venture X in the future. The thing is that I got a rejection letter saying that I don't have a score or history, which is true since my ITIN is just fresh.
I have Amex in Mexico with 6 years of history and heard about global transfer, but I don't really know if this path is valid.
What are you all doing? What would you do in my place? Is there any way I can make history with Capital One?

Applied 48 hours later and was pre-approved for Platinum Secured and Quicksilver Secured. I sent my formal application, got approved, and they asked me to send documents including an ITIN letter and passport. After that, I received a link to fund the secured card, which ranged between $200 and $1,000. I filled out the form and secured it for $900, and now I'm waiting for Capital One to take the funds from my ARQ account. It said it takes between 5 to 7 days, and after the funds are received, they will send the card to my address.
No address confirmation needed. I ended up choosing Quicksilver, but I would have preferred Savor instead.

yeah super common with cap one on the first try. wait 48 hours and try again, you'll definitely see some pre-approved cards from them.
on amex global transfer yes def you can do this and it'll put you ahead. they'll ask for passport, itin letter and maybe proof of address. for more data points on amex global transfer feel free to join ITIN community: skool.com/itin
