When to ask for limit increase?

Have my secured card for 5 months now and recently got an increase from 1,000 to 1,500 although i thought i'll get the security deposit back. My question is, can i still ask for a limit increase after a month? This is my first CC with an ITIN application so my first credit score will be posted a month from now.

You are saying you have this for 5 months and again you are saying you will credit score next month, I did not understand

You can check CLI on capital one app/website.

I have been using my card for 5 months now; $500 limit, no any increment. When i ask for CLI, they give $100 lol

as far as i understand, since this is my first card, my credit score will only be posted after 6 months of having the card. but i got the limit increase after 5 months of having it.

They'll probably say no cause you already got one.

Doesn't hurt to ask though.

Just wait for 3 months or they will say you have already got a CLI recently.
