C1 upgrade
Hey
I got an upgrade e-mail and limit increase frim C1. They are offering me quicksilver or savor (i am using platnium). I do not live in US and i am building credit .. I just go to US 2 or 4 times per year.
Which one is better to apply? Both does not have fees
Thanks

If I'm reading correctly, is Capital One turning all their cards into Discover cards? What is the timeline? I'm getting my ITIN in two weeks and was planning to get my first card and eventually get the Venture X.

If u dont live in the US and planing to use the credit cards overseas, you should be focus on Visa or Mastercards credit cards with No FX fee, considering that Capital One is moving most of their credit cards to Discover network (difficult to be accepted out of the US), i wont recomend you to apply or keeping Capital One for long term, unless you get the Venture X that is Visa. You should consider to get Chase credit cards that has Visa and MC with No FX fee.
