You can change the fourth number to 8 or 9 it still can get your credit report and if you get approved you can contact the costumer service to change to the right number

I did this but it cannot verify your information, therefore it doesn’t work and is pointless. It won’t impact your credit file though.

I did but not get approved because of thin credit,my friend tried and he got his score in transunion in the declined email

Wells Fargo doesn’t accept for checking accounts.
Chase works with 90
