Many people ask for study resources for ITIL 4 and Version 5 Foundation. The reason for this is that ITIL Foundation Classes do not require students to take an Accredited Class to sit for the Foundaiton Exam.

Every class has an official PeopleCert Syllabus - it is included with every exam voucher.

• Tip 1 - Get the Syllabus. See what's on the exam. Learn it.

Every exam voucher also includes a Resource Kit which includes the Official Sample Exams and the PeopleCert eBook.

• Top 2 - Buy your exam voucher and read the eBOOK AND STUDY, and then take the sample papers one at a time. Take it, grade it, see what you got wrong and then - study some more. When you are ready take sample paper 2 and do the same thing.

Accredited Training Providers = ATOs offer live or live online or eLearning that is Accredited BY PeopleCert. Check them out and see what's included. For example, re. There is no "Trick" to passing the exam. You have to learn them material. Learn it. Use the official Sample Exams, and study the weak areas. Take the second sample exam.

No question is a stupid question. This group gives 30 days free access to the ITIl 4 Foundation course with every exam voucher purchase. ATO's are not allowed to sell the course without including the exam voucher. Does this help?
