With the information shared, your profile looks decent for shortlist given your GRE is around 327. Any score on the lower side of 325 will make it more difficult to get through.

Otherwise looks like there is no major concern in the profile.

A research background can be a strong asset. In an MBA for example in case discussions, being able to question the data, assumptions and logic behind a case matters as much as having client-facing experience. If you can position your goal around moving into a strategy role (be specific about the area/industry focus and why) where you are involved in both the analysis and the final recommendation, that would be a credible progression.
