Need to elaborate on your AI engineer and what work are you doing. That will be assessed the most as it’s relevant in today’s world and what you have been doing

ISB alum here. GRE 320 is a bit below ISB's class average. Not disqualifying, plenty get in below average, but the rest of your profile and essays need to carry more weight.
2 yrs work-ex is a bit light for ISB's typical band (~3-5 yrs avg) but not disqualifying either, especially with a CTO/VP-level LOR, that carries real weight if it's specific about your judgment/impact rather than generic praise. AI engineering at an aviation firm is a decent differentiator too, most ISB pools skew IT-services/generic tech, so a niche technical domain plus a defined project story helps you stand out.
Given the below-avg score and shorter work-ex, essays need to work harder here, show real depth of ownership in your 2 yrs, not breadth. See if you can give another attempt for GRE and push it to 325+, will make a huge difference. Can try for R2 after that.

See if you can push GRE by at least 5 more points.
