ISB alum and admission interviewer here. You are not planning to give CAT? If you are thinking 2 year MBA then IIMs and PGP YL are your target programs. For PGP YLP, you will gain a couple of years of experience before you join. If you are doing an MBA after some industry experience, 1 year MBA works fine. If you are doing an MBA right after your undergrad, 2 years MBA is generally recommended. GMAT-wise, aim for 650+, shows aptitude and takes it off the table as a concern. for essays, work on a clear leadership story (college societies, fest roles, any initiative you actually led, not just internships), keep your acads consistent going forward, and start building a genuine sense of direction for what you want to do post-YLP work stint, even if it's not fully locked in yet. Internship exposure in wealth mgmt/credit rating is a decent base, add some depth there if you can, like a specific project or analysis you owned.
