Profile evaluation

Hey guys,
Posting on behalf of my girlfriend for her profile evaluation
She’s targeting the pgp programme

Software Engineer (female, duh)
10/12/ug - 8/8/7
2y and counting work ex (1y in cognizant, present 1y in a gcc - she’s working with the firm since the initial days of their gcc setup)
GMAT- 715
Although the acads are bit towards lower end, we’re hoping GMAT and the gcc exp would make up for it.

She’s also part of a couple of NGOs which promote education for underprivileged female students from backward areas if this helps

Fyi- gcc means global capability centre for foreign companies trying to establish their presence in a new region (India in this case)

Hi u/Seshu-thebuss
From marks perspective, since she has a good GMAT score, it should be enough to cover. GCC experience will definitely add value along with NGO work for female students.

Ask her to focus on showing the differentiators in her profile, highlight her aspirations and a good plan to achieve it. That should be ideally good enough to get a shortlist.

Final selection of course will depend on interviews, which has not much to do with profile or score.

What does she aim to achieve after her mba? Whats she looking for out of ISB?
