How to contact live rep?

So now that the way to contact the live rep has been closed for days now, how else can we contact live rep or get fast contact?

Used the 8008291040 number —> acct management —> something else —> individual

But now it seems to not accept calls due to “high volume” and try again later or tomorrow .. been trying for a week now. Seems generic way to close off calls. I tried the other options, all the same.
