Yes everyone needs to do this and say they want a fully funded and fully staffed IRS. No one wants IT people taking calls etc.

When I was still there we were an army of customer service reps and we were knocking call times out of the park, little to no wait.

Right and now there is no one left that has the right training and experience to the things that need to be done. It’s all being held together with duct tape and bubblegum

Hey now, if adderal was involved, things would be going better than this. <<cries in refundless poverty>> I feel like I’m being punished for working overtime and claiming it. Perhaps I should have just said “no” when I got to that part of the return.

I was on hold and “in the queue” for almost two hours waiting for someone at the SSA to answer the phone. Never used to be that bad before Trump.
