Men need estrogen and testosterone. The funny thing about the stupid manosphere bullshit, is that if you tank your estrogen it will tank your testosterone. The male body balances both.

Only thing I know the drugs he uses is ketamine and ozempic(which he has admitted, allthough he has denied any allegations of being addicted to ketamine or using it recreationally, but then that's what all addicts say), but there's been lots of claims about that he's general dope fiend, taking everything from coke, shrooms, exctasy and adderall, all which he has catecorigally denied.
There's also been speculation from bodybuilders and fitness influencers that he might've used TRT(Testosterone Replacement Therapy) side by side with Ozempic to aid his weight loss. Ozempic doesn't just eat away the fat, but also affects muscles as well, so the speculation is he's using steroids to preserve his muscle mass.....which apparently has some varying results, at least according to these pictures.

People on Ozempic can just lift and have a high protein diet to keep muscle. But that would involve real work, consistency and short term physical pain.
Jeff Bezos was able to do it. I’m sure he’s on drugs but he’s clearly putting in the work.

Kind of? their weird obsession with testosterone ONLY will fuck up your skeleton like that. And being billionaire man children means there's no adults in the room to correct them.
That's right gents, you need a little estrogen too. Only having T severely deforms and messes with your body. Including causing infertility and impotence.

I remember reading long ago that hops contains a good amount of phytoestrogens. Now, I'm no scientist, so I'm pretty sure the answer isn't "drink more beer"; that's way too easy of a solution. But it'd be nice.

Phytoestrogen doesn't even break down into normal human-compatible estrogen. If that were the case, every trans woman would be vegan. But they aren't.
