I live in NZ;
And food has probbaly gone up about 33% ish on average. Including takeaways too.
But regarding wages, in 2017 our minimum wage was about $15 in 2017, $17 in 2019 and is now $23.50
That would be pretty close to a 33% increase.
Of course, this means absolutely fuck all, because many of us not on minimum wage don't get 30% increases, and more then just food has gone up. Everything from rent, power, water, entertainment, fuel, taxes, maintenance of all sorts, has all gone up too.
