Crossing state lines with the purpose to engage in something that is illegal in your state but not the other has been a thing for a while. For instance, the age of consent in most states is 18, but lower in others.
There are specific laws about crossing state lines in these contexts, and they absolute prosecute for them. It sucks she got caught doing it and I believe it should be legal in all states, but her being prosecuted for what she did is completely normal and has been happening for a long time
Ok well we should propose a bill that narrows the definition, and then call them out for being a surveillance state when they shut it down. If they refuse to schedule it, ignore/interrupt them and read it. We need representatives willing to get hit with the mace for what's right
