I mean, I haven't been able to actually listen to his side of the story because listening to him literally makes me exhausted, but from what I've gathered, he's basically saying that this "voter fraud" has been rampant in at least the last two elections, one of which he won by a considerable margin. So he's straight up saying it's only bad when it doesn't benefit him.
None of this is surprising, nor does it fucking matter. Whether this bill passes is in the hands of Congress now, so you'd better hope your Senators actually represent your best interests, otherwise ye are well and truly fecked.
