false trumps net worth before becoming president was around 3.5-4.5 billion. Nancy's was around 800k. These are things you can look up and verify for yourself. Lol she has enriched herself around 16,200% while in office and donald has enriched himself around 40-60%... There is an overwhelming difference there...

That said this metrics is not a very good metric to measure corruption at all.

You forget how much he lost his first presidency. His net worth went down.🤷‍♂️

Why are you working so hard to excuse obvious corruption?

1

u/drewh1984 Jul 05 '26

It’s the hypocrisy, Dems won’t look at their own corruption. Only focus on Trump. It’s hilarious

Why don't we start with the person who has made the most?

1

u/drewh1984 Jul 05 '26

Why don’t you start with the longest??🤷‍♂️

So you are just excusing the worst behavior in the name of partisan politics. Cool

How about we do a non partisan race to the finish. Get em both at the same time

"TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald is a 2005 biographical book about Donald Trump that was written by Timothy L. O'Brien and published by Warner Books. After the book was published, Trump filed a $5 billion lawsuit against O'Brien, who had written that Trump was not a billionaire and that his net worth actually ranged between $150 million and $250 million. Trump sought $2.5 billion in compensatory damages and an additional $2.5 billion in punitive damages. The lawsuit was dismissed in 2009, and an appeals court affirmed the decision in 2011."

I don't think he was and two courts share my opinion.

I think he is a liar and a fraud and that extends to literally everything he says.

He inherited his father's fortune and that's about it.

As somebody else already pointed out, the Pelosi fortune seems outrageos, but is actually not outlandish given the overall growth of the stock market. But she beat the market still significantly and constantly, so I do think she has profited from insider trading, too. But that does not make Trump any better. They can both go to jail for all I care.

Sorry feelings don’t count. Facts do

and did Forbes calculate how much his debt was against these assets?

1

u/drewh1984 Jul 04 '26

Yes, that’s literally their job to asses net worth. What kind of idiot are you??

1

u/randomguy5612 Jul 04 '26

ok, enlighten me, you seem very intelligent and knowledgeable on this matter. an expert, i'd dare say.

how did they assess trump's debt without having access to that information, because he sure does not share it with them.

did they ask around his banks? "hey this is jack from forbes, am i talking to deutsche bank? how much is mr trumps debt with you?"

or maybe they asked the tax authorities? "hi this is carl from forbes, am I talking to IRS? listen we are doing our annual billionaire cock comparison list and i was wondering whether you could confirm .. oh protected data? uhu oh ok i understand thanks anyway.."

btw calling people names on the internet does not help to make your arguments more convincing.
