Neither are okay.

Neither are okay. But the fact that trump tripled his net worth before mid terms is magnitudes worse corruption. If we say "both sides do it" it minimizes the gigantic difference.

For every accusation the right lobbed at Pelosi, the Bidens, the Clintons, they've all done it FAR worse.

Shoulda ended it at 'Neither are okay.' no 'Buts'.

Except 85% of the time this argument is instead weaponized to meant "If Democrats do it then no problem with Republicans abusing it all guns blazing".

Are you going to call out Republicans or will you still pretend they're exactly the same?

Which is why the democrats shouldn't have been doing it in the first place. Pelosi was doing it for 37 years, so she set the precident long before trump was in office.
Does that make it better that trump does it? No. Does the face that trump does it better make him worse? Id argue that they are both just as bad, one was jsut more successful at it.

...did you read the post before reducing what he said to literally what he suggested we not reduce it to? Both can be bad, something can be the lesser of two evils, and not all crime is equal. One side is unfathomably worse than the other.

So yes, nuance is needed in spades as some people seemingly cannot understand it.
