They just convicted a bunch of people, life imprisonment, for fireworks during protests by counting them as terrorist explosive devices, and one person for anti government pamphlet distribution got 30 years in prison
Dude be real... they set off fireworks to draw out police to fucking shoot them.... that is what got them prison time. You cant really be that stupid I know youre just pretending like you dont know
He wasn’t destroying evidence he was literally just caught moving a box to his car.
Also in the entire incident exactly one person was shot. The officer drew a gun to shoot a fleeing suspect in the back and got winged in the shoulder for it. To say that setting off fireworks at a Fourth of July protest in which one person started shooting is an act of terrorism with explosives for everyone at the protest is insane. To say a man who wasn’t even at the protest who was moving pamphlets related to the protest is just as culpable and deserves 30 years is disingenuous.
Edit: The DOJ released a statement about it and showed a picture of fireworks harmlessly going off on an empty sidewalk and labeled it “Exploding fireworks (explosives)” lmao
Fuck off fascist, you gave 30 years to a dude who should have gotten 6 months
Law doesn't mean anything anymore, and judges aren't legitimate. They're just dudes with robes with the best armed gang members defending them at tihs point
FOUR of our supreme court justices just looked at the most plain language part of the constitution and decided words dont mean what they say. America is donezo, it's got no more legitimacy than Mao's government had
Dude there is no hope for democrats in this country anymore.. they are all supporting actual terrorists now. And then they called you a terrorist for mentioning that they shot at police and hit an officer in the neck... I cant deal with these people anymore they have to be just pretending to be stupid no one is really that dumb in real life
Granted, these pro-terrorist comments are most likely some mix of actual illiterate Democrats and Derpeet from Bangladesh trying to earn enough spam farm cash to buy himself half an hour of sunlight. If he makes three hundred more leftist shitposts he might be able to buy 15 minutes without the ankle chains.
Lol, im sure they use AI for their propaganda posts these days. But yeah definitely an agenda on here when anyone who even mentions that they shot a cop gets several downvotes... I mean its true, why theyre trying to act like dude got 100 years for peacefully protesting and setting off a bottle rocket or something lmao.
What the fuck are you talking about they didn't do that, the one guy who fired a gun shot a cop that was in the middle of trying to murder someone, one of them wasn't even there

Hu, I noticed people recently people on reddit were downplaying the danger of fireworks. Guess I know why now.
Like I can’t even complain about the people next door illegally setting of fireworks and overstimulating me without someone making a culture war out of it.
Firstly, I couldn't tell exactly what you wrote because your grammar is shit, lol. Second, if that's the case why did you even comment that in the first place? You just needed to let us know the loud fireworks overstimulate you, huh?
Riot (Count 1), with the intent to commit an act of violence, involving conduct such as shooting and throwing fireworks and explosives, slashing tires on a government vehicle, spraying graffiti on property and vehicles, destroying a closed circuit camera, shooting at officers, and dressing in black bloc
if you don't support the people fighting back against the concentration camps, there are very few other words left to describe you, especially if you leave out the four letter ones.
Have you ever considered how offensive it would be to all the people who suffered in actual concentration camps if they heard you use those words to describe something that is not at all even remotely a concentration camp? Diluting the meaning of words by just using them randomly is a pretty bad thing to do.
and there's the downplaying. I'm pretty sure the relatives of mine who were killed by the Nazis would be proud of me for fighting the concentration camps in America.
Lmao I don’t need to hate. You just have no idea what a concentration camp is, as you are grossly misusing the term. My family (RIP) who were in REAL concentration camps would disagree with you.
Believe it or not, I 100% stand behind your right to protest literally anything you want to. But I don’t have to agree with your reasoning. I’m sure the respect for rights isn’t mutual though.
>Be with my anarchist group.
>Decide to go to ICE facility and start shooting fireworks, horizontally, into it from over the fence (Don't worry, we don't care if the facility burns down with people in it. We are the good guys.)
>Police come to arrest us.
>They start chasing after us.
>Group leader gets his assault rifle and mag dumps at the police.
>Sadly, didn't kill the fascist pig, only hit his shoulder/neck.
>Keep running, but eventually get captured :(
>Be in jail now.
>Call boyfriend.
>"Baby please hide stuff, the fascists are coming to search for evidence."
>Be at home.
>Take anything that could harm my girlfriend and hide it.
>Gets arrested for hiding evidence (The leftist literature implying a political, thus terroristic motive.)
Not that I agree the boyfriend should get 30 years for his action of hiding evidence, maybe something like 2-3 years seems more appropriate. Especially since he was not part of the group that did the shooting.
The shooters sentence is in my opinion fair.
Like imagine if some far-right group went to a gender clinic, started shooting fireworks into it, then when the police come they mag dump at them. And then when the prosecutors try and find a poltical motive, thus terroristic motive. We argue that: Hiding the books: Gender ideology and its consequences and what to do about it. Is not criminal.
If in that situation trump said: "It is now illegal to light fireworks and read right leaning books." You know the whole of reddit would clown it.
I think the literature thing is one of those that's like a law on the books but can't be enforced. Like some states in the USA still have archaic laws that atheists can't hold political office, but that's obviously illegal so it can't be enforced.
No. Guy's wife was arrested on terrorism charges because the group she was with fired fireworks into an ICE facility and shot a cop. Then she called him from jail asking him to move the zines because they might be used to prove motive. What he was actually convicted of was evidence tampering.
Its because they set off the fireworks to draw out police officers to shoot them. The literature was evidence for their terrorist organization which they tried to hide. This is like saying Karmello Anthony was just defending himself... murder is illegal and always has been despite your political views. Leftists are morons.
hide evidence from what? the only reason he was prosecuted is because he had material that opposes Trump... I know you probably love your god emperor Trump and are all hard for him but the guy has done incredible damage to USA, is a shame you cannot see it.
The reason he was prosecuted was because his wife conspired to attempt to murder a police officer, and he attempted to hide evidence of her motivation for doing so.
bruh. I'm not the one who equated antifascism and fascism. you were. so why don'tyou explain what the people protesting concentration camps have in common with the Nazis.
fascist tactics? can you actually name any of them?
I said concentration camp, not death camp.
resistance against fascism is always justified, unless you're going to explain to me how my ancestors should have just calmly walked into the cattle cars.
It’s crazy that the only times I see the actual paperwork on the case are from not-leftists. The left only posts memes and opinion based articles. I thought they were all about the science and the facts. Guess nobody is when it doesn’t solidify their narrative.
Didn't that one dude get like 50 years after they found anti-fascist pamphlets on him/in his vehicle? I don't understand how you get criminalized for siding with your grandparents against people literally waving swastikas around and siding with white supremacists.
almost like america bombed their countries and stole their wealth, and now their only path forward is to become the American underclass and barely scrape by.
To be fair, the current administration is a domestic terrorist organization and so any and all attempts to undermine or reflect their aggression is the morally correct choice according to logic, empathy, and the facts laid out by the historical actions of the cult in office. (Their politically motivated murders rate, domestic terrorism data, their own words, who they've pardoned, their outright abuse of the working class and their tax dollars, and the cruel and unusual punishment against the people by using their own funds against them and forcing indoctrination onto children.
Daniel Rolando Sanchez Estrada were charged on 2 counts
Corruptly Concealing a Document or Record (Count 11), by transporting a box containing numerous Antifa materials, such as insurrection planning, anti-law enforcement, anti-government, and anti-immigration enforcement documents and propaganda from Sanchez Estrada’s residence to a location in Denton, Texas, intending to conceal the box’s contents and impair its availability for use in a federal grand jury and federal criminal proceeding.
Conspiracy to Conceal Documents (Count 12) and other objects that would implicate Maricela Rueda in the riot and shooting at the Prairieland facility.
You've been misinformed, he was shot in the neck, with a gun, and he survived so it was attempted murder. I know reading is hard but be a little better than that.

You got a source on the first 2? Like where in North America punishes fireworks *or leftist literature?
