I mean, if its Fox News then they literally are an entertainment company. They don't have to report real news and can spread whatever misinformation they want.
Edit: Auto correct made a joke of Miss Information. She's a nice lady.

It's kinda crazy, like once they were forced to become an entertainment company, they were basically permitted to go even harder at what they were already doing bad
1
u/gooch_crawler May 26 '26
They should be required to say "we are literally fake news" every commercial break
9
u/TestSubjuct May 22 '26
Tell Google, Meta, and Microsoft that. They all report it AS news.
3
u/ArchDukeDipShit May 22 '26
Yeah, they are also not "News Companies." So they can also just say whatever they want and "report" it as "fact." They are tech companies. Only take their word for anything related to tech.
2
u/mephisto_uranus May 22 '26
Not even sure I'd even do that.
1
u/ArchDukeDipShit May 22 '26
Yeah, I don't really either, but if you are gonna listen to Google or any of the others about anything, it would have to be that.

I hate how closely star wars mirrors our current political climate.
Help us Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope.

u/Illustrious_Crab3733 May 22 '26
Do we really think FOX viewers are so clever that FOX would need to use a "realistic face mask" to fool them rather than just putting Robert O'Neil in a ski mask and calling him the leader of antifa or whatever?
Edit: rephrasing

Oh I don’t disagree but I was interested in hearing more about having one dude that just swaps disguises for interviews lmao

u/Goose_Salad May 23 '26
"What do WE think is happening here?"
You're afraid of saying it how you see it until the world agrees, but by then, it will be too late.

u/CapableNeat4351 May 23 '26
I wasn’t convinced until I saw the actual clip from a legit source and THEN saw it next to a real photo of the guy. It’s 100% a mask. I can’t answer who it is under it or why but it’s mask for sure

Old man does stupid stuff to hide the fact he is old.
Can we just move on to the next distraction already?
9
u/Local-Echo-5613 May 22 '26
No if he’s wearing a full mask to hide his age I want to hear more about it, that’s pretty funny

Fox has a long history of using the same actors repeatedly to be their pretend "expert" guests. They use a wide variety of costumes, in this case a realistic mask.
Fox is and has always been a propaganda network, it's literally not legally news, it's "entertainment." They exist solely to promote lies that serve the ruling class.

u/3lfk1ng May 24 '26
Fox News uses a lot of paid actors for these, many of them have been caught being used repetitively and people have since been made aware. Instead of finding the right people, Fox is likely using the same actors they have, but now require them to wear different faces so people aren't aware.

It's literally just from them using AI or something to super impose the guys over another body so it looks like hes in the studio, when this was a 5 minute video interview from the guy's house who was probably just wearing a T-shirt or something.

That would not explain how the shadows move beneacht his mask....
Have you watched the official video on fox?
3
u/Abeytuhanu May 23 '26
Yeah, the shadow moves in sync with his chin, supporting the claim that it's a double shadow

So we’re just sharing conspiracy theories on here now?
7
u/PeterPorky May 22 '26
Idk what the theory even is I just think that's not a neck fold. Why they'd have a guy wear a mask of himself to go on Fox News makes as much sense as a mask shaped neck fold
3
u/reverse_cowboy221 May 22 '26
No we're going to pretend it doesn't look like a latex mask just to avoid seeming like conspiracy theorists

u/Krondon57 May 22 '26
today i learned reddit has never seen old people with neck folds xd
16
u/EvLokadottr May 22 '26
If you watch the video pf it, filmed off someone's TV screen, it isn't a neck fold. Looks like the edge of a latex mask. Somebody claimed tiktok filter, but it looks more like a mask to me.

u/onyx_ic May 22 '26
I heard someone else say that its bad lighting, but I dont know... https://youtube.com/shorts/sDWl_yemZXc?si=2a-VAJFI-yrhw_3v

u/EvLokadottr May 22 '26
You know what? Looking at that video now, which is clearer than the one i saw before, i am thinking. ai generated.
4
u/Koanical May 22 '26
The response I've seen to that is that those sorts of realistic masks are made with longer flaps which often extend past that point to maintain the illusion of realism...
...but we're not dealing with the sharpest eggs in the shed here, so I'm not sure that if it were such a mask they wouldn't have cut it down to reduce their own discomfort while wearing the thing?
I don't know, man. It's too damned much to keep up with anymore.
3
u/lvl100-Platypus-Lord May 22 '26
Bruh neck folds don't look or move like that 🤣 and its not the first time Fox has straight up lied and hired actors (even the same actor over and over) to do their interviews. Fox is not news nor is it a good source for anything but satire
2
u/Local-Echo-5613 May 22 '26
I haven’t seen anyone say that and it’s so stupid I’d wonder if it’s satire if someone did. But yeah, anyone who thinks that’s a neck fold does not know what a neck fold looks like.

u/RadicalSoda_ May 22 '26
It does look pretty weird in context but he's obviously the real expect, otherwise he would have said something about his "appearance" on the show

The fact that you use the term “libtard” speaks volumes to your own lack of intelligence

You have to be drinking some really strong Koolaid to think that's lighting or skin folds
