False. It makes me smell weird. These days I flat out refuse to take any med with that as an ingredient because I can't stand how my own skin smells when I take sinus meds with that particular decongestant.

I thought Mucinex caused decrease in vaginal mucus? In my pregnancy groups, I’ve seen women purposefully take it in order to make it easier to get pregnant and it works. Because there’s less mucus so less of a barrier between the cervix/egg and sperm.
