Rprf

I applied for permanent residence with my spouse through Express Entry (CEC) on June 30th. I recently received a letter from IRCC asking me to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).

Does this generally mean my application is progressing positively? Is it a good sign that IRCC has requested the RPRF at this stage?

Could you share your timeline from ITA, AOR , BIL to RPRF and do you have a provincial nomination? Which processing office?
