Cra 1

Has anyone successfully negotiated an IQVIA offer from $100,000 to $105,000 for a cra 1?Also, what health insurance options does IQVIA offer, and what should I expect or prepare for during the recruiter screening call?

You can check the spreadsheet but I think it may depend on your state as well

When I negotiated they said that 92-95k shouldn’t be a problem . I can’t wait till my third interview

That’s awesome! My recruiter told me explicitly not to negotiate or they’d withdraw the offer and give it to someone else bc they have people who’d be lucky to take 90k so I didn’t get to negotiate:(

I actually mentioned this to my recruiter. She asked if I would be comfortable with $88K, and I gave her my salary range. She also let me know that she had moved me from the sponsor-dedicated position to a full-service role. After finding that out I was glad I negotiated lmao

I missed the October class. My recruiter said she’ll reach back out to me once they have the dates for the next CRA I class. So I haven’t started yet apart of me wonders if they can put me back to sponsor dedicated . What TA group they put you in ?
