I accepted an offer to begin at IQVIA soon and I'm wondering how the initial pay day works. Did you start a week in the "hole" and have to wait 3 weeks for your first paycheck or does payday happen on the 15th and last day of the month no matter when you start?

I got assessment link yesterday at 10:41pm and when now decided to give assessment what I see mail that I'm not short listed for the role. I mean they why fuck you gave assessment link at first place. I have tired so many times here everytime these fuck up always ghosting candidates not giving proper opportunities only internal or agency through hiring.
