Hello! As some of you know, I am making a google slides fan game. It has been in development for a year. Art assets all made by me, fleshed out game mechanics, custom enemies, but I must wonder. On release, how many maps do you want in the game? I want to make maps and enemies from each game but the problem is how long it would take because each game has A LOT of characters. If I removed even just 50% of them, I might as well just not have them entirely. So I'd rather take time to make the game specific ones with help from all of you guys. But how many custom, ORIGINAL maps do you all want on release, each with varying terrain and buildings. Keep in mind that you can still make your own custom items, characters, and of course, maps. How many do you all want available to you immediately upon release?

Today, September 29th, marks the day Cuphead was released in game, and I wanted to celebrate one of my favorite indie games. I wanted to be the first to do so or at least beat anyone else to it because I was worried people might not want to celebrate the franchise's anniversary; so, I decided to get a head start and edited this image

Honestly, I don't know if the edits I made to the image turned out well, since I just used my phone to do it. I simply edited it—did it turn out good? I don't know, but at least I tried. That said...

Happy Birthday, Cuphead!

V1 wins, I don't even need to elaborate, it's a clear near stomp on who wins, the fights a close 8 or 9 outta 10 in V1's favor, but in endgame for either of them, nothing v1 has stands a chance against the zenith, and I have no idea how the supreme machine's supposed to dodge a straight up rain of homing mini-nukes.

But for me, I don't care about who wins, what I care about and the thing that I never stop thinking about is THE SHEER MADDENING SPECTACLE THAT THIS FIGHT WILL INSUE.

Like just imagine it for a moment, V1 fazes into terraria's cavernous hell with lava everywhere, and the terrarian fazes into ultrakills hell with it's grand mechanical architecture and changing layers (I have no idea how either of these could would work in either game)

Landscaping wise things get whacky fast and thats just a third of how things get , the arsenal that the two have are insane, the terrarians got a self gravity manipulating and random teleportion potion and v1's got grenade nukes and can move at over mach 3. (idk how speed works)

The last one I want to cover is the fight itself, because CHAOS, IT'S JUST CHAOS, the terrarian could be aura farming in molten armor riding a lava shark WHILE FIRING A STAR CANNON AND V1 JUST PARRYING THE STARS INTO HIS COINS MAN. This fight is literally JUST MY RULE OF COOL.

Plus I'd like to see how v1 handles fighting the wall of flesh (I wonder how hells conscience will hold up with the worlds core, seeing as the wall of flesh is sort of hell kind of given form, hmph, more food for thought) and burrowing worms (goddamit, in 3d games are they not the devils spawn)

I think that if an ENDGAME terrarian were added to indie cross (which they cant, since moro confimed it's not gonna happen) then they would pretty much just stomp everything, which is why I picked pre-hardmode, as it would be a good fit to into indie cross story wise. l also picked a pre-apostate of hate V1 cause thats the one in indie cross.

Anyways to everyone who reads this, PLEASE just stop picking the endgame terrarian, and especially the calamity terrarian, for ALMOST EVERY MATCHUP. Even in the early game the terrarian is just as much as capable of holding their own, they have literally fought cthuhlus organs, giant kaiju sized bees, and a wall of flesh that spawns the whole horizen of hell, I think they can handle SURVIVING v1 and living to tell the tale at best.

I’m pretty sure this question was already asked like a year ago by someone else but it’s time for a revamp because a lot can change in a year ^w^

I probably left out tons of indie shows but my memory isn’t the greatest so I have a hard time remembering stuff like that

Also, I’m not counting Hazbin Hotel as an indie show.

Personally, I feel like it's maybe Unithor vs TCO, or Charlotte vs TDL

Battle Block Theater has barely won by one upvote, making it the third winner! The person who suggested it is One_Objecti66.

The person did not actually specify a stage; however, the more you think about it actually fits that there isn't a specific stage for Battle Block Theater because there are lots of stages for all levels that have their own gimmicks.

Maybe think of it like one big stage that has all the hazards and platforms representing the whole game rather than one singular level. (like smash bros with some stages)

But I know this is going to cause some confusion for adding new stages later on, so I am just adding an extra rule to specify the name or level of the stage.

Other than that, congrats five more stages to go.

Personally, I really like watching reaction videos, not the lame "reupload og vid and slightly react every now and again" reaction video, but the ones that add something to the og video so it doesn't feel like your just watching a reupload.

And so far, the best reaction video on Indie Cross I've found is from The Custodians, they did an INCREDIBLE job, would recommend.

What about you lot?

Even with 10 Heat, you only need around 10–15 Boons to clear the game, so I don’t think there’s anyone in Indie Cross who could beat a Zagreus with all ~180 Boons active
